Profile

Eric Dembinski is a Managing Director in Baker Tilly's Managed Services practice with nearly 15 years of experience in fund administration, investment accounting and operational leadership. He advises institutional investment managers, owners, developers, and asset managers on scalable outsourced accounting and reporting solutions, helping clients enhance operational performance, strengthen financial reporting processes and implement technology-driven strategies that improve efficiency and support growth.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Eric held senior leadership positions with Citco Fund Services and BNY Mellon, where he was part of each firm’s North American real assets fund administration teams. He managed strategic relationships with many of the industry's largest institutional real estate investment managers. Throughout his career, he has led complex fund administration engagements, operational transformation initiatives, business development efforts and the successful onboarding of investment funds and portfolios across a wide range of real estate investment structures. Earlier in his career, Eric served in various property and fund accounting roles at SmartStop Asset Management, supporting publicly registered and private non-traded REITs.

Eric is also an active participant in the real estate investment industry, representing his organizations at leading conferences and collaborating with clients and industry professionals on emerging trends in fund administration, technology and real estate operations.

Eric earned a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a minor in International Studies, from Stony Brook University. He also serves as an adjunct lecturer at Marist University, where he teaches within the accounting, economics and finance departments.
