Max Gagliardi is Dalfen’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the firm's overall strategic financial leadership, overseeing the firm’s finance, portfolio management, capital markets and fund and investment structuring strategies. Prior to his current responsibilities he served various roles in the firm including Chief Investment Officer, head of debt and equity capital markets, investment officer for the Eastern U.S. Since joining Dalfen he has underwritten, managed and closed industrial real estate transactions in excess of $8 billion across North America. Prior to joining Dalfen in 2012, Max served as a Research Analyst at Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec's (CDPQ) real estate finance team.

Max earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics & Finance from McGill University and is a CFA charter holder. He is an active member of NAIOP, CREFC and the Mortgage Banker Association.
