Bill Reil is Chief Financial Officer of Adler Industrial, a fully integrated industrial developer and general contractor based in Boise, Idaho. Bill is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting of the operating and investing companies. Additionally, Mr. Reil has primary responsibility for overseeing audits, treasury, budgeting and forecasting, equity events, and internal controls.

Before joining Adler, Bill was Controller at Broe Real Estate Group, a private real estate owner and developer with over $1 billion of assets under management. He was previously the Assistant Controller for Aviv REIT, a REIT specializing in skilled nursing facilities. He was also a Senior Accountant with the Macquarie Group working on the Macquarie Office Trust, a global office REIT with over $2.8 billion of assets under management in the United States. He began his career with Deloitte.

Mr. Reil holds a B.S. in Accountancy and a Masters of Accounting, both from the University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
