Cindy leads Prado’s business strategy, marketing, branding, and operational performance across the firm’s portfolio. She is actively involved in each investment from acquisition through the value-add phase and into stabilized operations, sale, or recapitalization, ensuring alignment between strategic vision and execution at every stage.

Prior to joining Prado Group in 2014, Cindy served as Senior Vice President at Prometheus Real Estate Group, where she led marketing for 13 years. In that role, she directed corporate branding and oversaw the marketing strategy for the firm’s entire residential portfolio.

Cindy is a member of the Urban Development Mixed Use Council of the Urban Land Institute and SPUR. She is an alumna of Harvard Business School Executive Education PLDA and previously served as Executive Vice President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board. Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
