Tana Gardner is Chief Financial Officer for Affinius Capital. She oversees the Finance team, whose duties include corporate finance, global tax structuring and compliance, performance reporting, fund administration oversight, investor services and reporting and treasury. She is responsible for all internal controls over financial reporting, serves on the Board of Directors of Affinius Capital LLC and is a non-voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee.</br></br> Prior to joining Affinius Capital in 2020, Tana led the development, preconstruction and finance teams at a vertically integrated multifamily developer in Columbus, Ohio. There she was a member of the company’s Investment Committee and Operations Committee and oversaw the functions of development, risk management and financial reporting, planning & analysis. Tana began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she spent 14 years in the real estate assurance practice in Boston, New York and Cleveland, focused on public and private real estate and infrastructure investment companies, REITs and private equity funds.Tana serves on the AICPA/CIMA Construction and Real Estate Conference committee and is a NCREIF Member and contributor to the NCREIF Performance Committee and is a Certified Public Accountant.
