Vlad Shlafman is the Chief Financial Officer at Belveron Partners, a real estate private equity firm focused on investments in affordable housing. Mr. Shlafman oversees finance, accounting and reporting functions as well as legal entity structuring and fund formation. He is a member of Belveron Partners’ Investment Committee as well as the Valuation Committee. Prior to joining Belveron, Mr. Shlafman spent more than 12 years at Merlone Geier Partners, most recently serving as Managing Director of Capital Markets where he oversaw investor relations as well as lender relationships. Prior to Merlone Geier, Vlad worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Vlad holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
