ENO USORO focuses her practice on structured finance, with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate (CRE) securitization and fund finance. In the CRE securitization space, Eno’s practice has included representing sponsors, issuers, collateral managers, special servicers, underwriters, loan sellers, and placement agents in managed and static commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs) and public and private commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). In the fund finance space, Eno has represented issuers, sponsors, asset managers, and investors in connection with NAV facilities, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), and rated feeder funds. Eno also represents lenders in connection with pari passu and A/B mortgage loan intercreditor and participation agreements, and purchasers and sellers of commercial mortgage loans.

Eno has been recognized by various industry groups and publications. In 2025, she was listed as a "Rising

Star" at the New York Law Journal’s New York Legal Awards. She was included in the 2025 edition of Best

Lawyers: Ones to Watch for New York area Securities and Capital Markets Law and the 2024 New York

Metro Super Lawyers "Rising Star" list for Securities & Corporate Finance. In 2023, Eno was named to the CRE Finance Council "20 Under 40" class, which showcases professionals who have "positively impacted the commercial real estate finance industry."

Eno received her master’s degree in law from Columbia Law School where she was on the editorial committee of the Yearbook on International Investment Law & Policy, and her bachelor’s degree in law from University College London. Prior to embarking on her legal career, Eno graduated cum laude from Chatham University with bachelor’s degrees in English and mathematics.

Eno is admitted to the bar in both New York and Nigeria. Before joining Sidley, Eno practiced at a major Nigerian law firm where she advised on various capital markets transactions, M&A transactions, bank recapitalizations, and post-financial crisis banking sector reforms.
