Mr. Gutman is a Principal, Head of Mortgage Lending, and a member of the Investment Committees for the Short Duration strategy. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Mr. Gutman held various Real Estate Capital Markets and Real Estate Investment Banking roles with Citi, Macquarie ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank, and Fitch Ratings. Mr. Gutman completed the General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science, graduated with honors from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Finance and has an M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
