Mr. Connolly joined Rialto Capital Management in 2017 and is a Vice President on the Investment Management Team, focused on the firm’s debt capital markets efforts. Mr. Connolly has lead the issuance and management of all Rialto CRE CLOs, as well as overseeing the firm’s balance sheet financings across investment vehicles. Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Connolly previously worked at Kennedy Wilson in their commercial property acquisitions group. Mr. Connolly received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Wisconsin School of Business where he majored in Real Estate Finance and Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment and Banking.
