Sean is a Portfolio Manager at Shelter Growth Capital and a member of the credit committee, focusing on the firm’s CRE portfolios. Prior to joining SGCP, from 2016-2019 Sean was a Senior Vice President and portfolio manager at One William Street Capital Management where he focused on CMBS/CMBX trading and investments and was also a member of the OWS Investment Committee. Sean began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he spent 9 years and was a Director in the mortgage department. While at BAML, Sean ran their CMBS Flow trading, CMBX trading and SBA 504 Underwriting businesses. Sean serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for CTNNB1 Connect & Cure, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization he co-founded in 2019 to generate and fund medical research on CTNNB1 Syndrome. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, both from the Villanova School of Business.
