Steven J. Gordon is a Managing Director of Pearlmark based in New York, with responsibility for the firm’s debt investment originations and capital formation. Prior to joining Pearlmark, Mr. Gordon served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Hunt Capital Management. Prior to joining Hunt, Mr. Gordon served as Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners and Sorin Capital, and as Partner / Portfolio Manager at MKP Capital Management. He also served as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where he oversaw Non-Investment Grade CMBS Trading. He started his career with Arbor Commercial Mortgage. Mr. Gordon earned his BS in Finance from Penn State University.
