Head of US Residential Debt Asset Management at Man Group

Celina Kuoch is Head of Debt Asset Management at Man Group (Man GPM). She is responsible for monitoring and executing the business plans on the real estate debt investments and US residential debt business.

Prior to joining Man Group in March 2022, Celina was an asset manager at Barings, responsible for executing business plans on construction projects and restructuring distressed investments. Before that, she raised capital for TerraCap Management and Ridgeway Capital Group. She also spent three years as head of acquisition and asset management at Urban Land Capital and five years as head of asset management at Wafra Investment Advisory Group, both in real estate private equity.

Celina holds a MS from New York University Stern School of Business, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
