Jonathan R. Zamir is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Equities, an investmentplatform focused on private credit and private equity across U.S. commercial real estate. Keystoneinvests across the capital stack, with a clear bias toward clean, reliable execution in complexsituations, particularly where liquidity is constrained or structures require creativity and speed.Under Jonathan’s leadership, the firm has completed over $1.5 billion in transactions across marketcycles and has built a reputation for disciplined underwriting, transparent communication, andconsistent closing certainty.

Jonathan leads Keystone’s investment strategy and oversees sourcing, structuring, and execution.The platform’s dual focus is intentional. Private credit provides speed, market insight, anddownside protection, while equity investments are highly selective, conviction-driven, andtypically pursued in GP or co-GP roles with direct control over execution. This integrated approachenables Keystone to move quickly, fund decisively, and resolve complexity efficiently, often insituations where traditional capital is unwilling or unable to act.

Prior to founding Keystone Equities, Jonathan served as Director of Acquisitions at Infinity RealEstate, where he was responsible for originating and executing transactions nationwide. Earlier inhis career, he worked at The Moinian Group, focusing on large-scale mixed-use assets in NewYork City. He began his career in portfolio management, building a foundation in asset-levelexecution and risk management that continues to inform his investment philosophy.

Jonathan is also the founder of the Professionals of Real Estate Forum (PREF), an invite-onlycommunity of senior operators, lenders, and advisors built around candid idea exchange and dealcollaboration. Since inception, PREF members have facilitated more than $20 billion intransactions through peer-driven connectivity and trusted relationships.

Jonathan graduated magna cum laude from NYU’s Stern School of Business and holds a GraduateCertificate in Real Estate from NYU’s School of Professional Studies. He serves on the Board ofthe Combat Antisemitism Movement and is active in philanthropic initiatives. He lives in NewYork with his wife and three children.Mantra.
