Alysia is the associate Real Estate analyst for Calvert Research and Management, conducting deep proprietary research, leveraging the Calvert Principles for Responsible Investment. Her team’s global coverage focuses on identifying companies positioned to deliver long-term economic value through the built environment. The team specializes on analyzing real asset owners, developers, homebuilders, and related service providers, and developing responsible investment frameworks and strategies to capitalize on the climate transition, human capital management, and corporate governance approaches to drive long term value creation.

Alysia began her career in 2013. Before joining Calvert in 2022, she worked at Cambridge Associates, within the performance reporting group, advising private equity and venture capital clients. Additionally, she was an associate on the U.S. real estate asset management team at The Carlyle Group, where she was responsible for portfolio and risk management, and fund strategy development. At Carlyle, she also helped formulate the overall U.S. real estate sustainability strategy. Alysia earned a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College.
