Mr. Mills is a Director at Partner Energy with over 15 years of experience in the single-family, multifamily, and commercial building industries. He has conducted over 1,000 energy audits and has expertise in all phases of the energy audit process, including client outreach, benchmarking, site visits, energy modeling, specification development, quality assurance, and building operator and tenant training.

Mr. Mills assists with the development and technical execution of Partner Energy’s energy efficiency, sustainability, and resiliency programs. He works with sales teams to develop client relationships and projects, supports business development, creates scopes of work and determines project pricing for proposals, develops and refines technical templates and project workbooks, manages portfolios of projects to deliver them on time, on budget, and according to client expectations, trains and manages staff, and reports on financial status of projects and programs.
