With versatile experience in Corporate, Financial Services and FinTech, Colleen Graham has served as General Counsel, Head of Compliance and Co-CEO of a Fintech Startup building software to detect fraud and unauthorized activity, mitigate operational risk and drive down associated operational risk capital. She prides herself on driving change and cultural, risk and compliance transformation in financial services.
Drawing on more more than 20 years experience in senior executive positions, Colleen is currently the General Counsel and on the Executive Leadership Team at AlTi Tiedemann Global, a Public company focused on exponential growth in Wealth and Asset Management globally.
Colleen previously served on the Board of Managers for Credit Suisse Private Advisors and Signac (a JV owned by Credit Suisse and Palantir Technologies) and on several key committees at Credit Suisse, including the Americas Management Committee, The Global Leadership Committee, The Diversity and Engagement Committee and The Strategic Speakers Network. She co-chaired the Investment Banking Operational Risk Committee.
Colleen's additional areas of expertise include:
• Serving as a senior TV spokesperson for companies on CNBC and other business media outlets;
• Advising senior leadership teams and founders on best practices for avoiding or offsetting risk, especially after an event that has generated negative headlines;
• Driving overall business strategy and business development / client relationship / fundraising initiatives;
• Managing key relationships with the SEC, Federal Reserve, FINRA and other regulatory agencies and organizations;
• Board level advisory work including related to ESG, Web3/Crypto, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Crisis Management and Proactive Risk Management and Transformation.
