David Gillick is IMT’s Associate Director of Business Engagement, and runs IMT’s Corporate Engagement Opportunities Program which seeks to provide the information and data necessary to real estate stakeholders so they can comply with building performance policies and avoid non-compliance risk.

David has over 6 years of experience working in the built environment industry. Prior to joining IMT, David worked as a data analyst guiding higher education facilities management teams in capital planning, energy management strategies, and finding operational efficiencies.

He holds a B.A. in Communications from Fairfield University.
