Flora is a Senior Sustainability Analyst at Bellwether, an LA-based third-party asset management firm overseeing real estate portfolios across debt and equity strategies for major institutional investors. At Bellwether, Flora oversees annual GRESB reporting, energy benchmarking/BPS compliance, ESG data collection and analysis, energy efficiency CapEx projects, and serves as the in-house expert on green building certifications. She brings a multidisciplinary approach to the sustainability space, having previously worked in policy and communications roles on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, as well as internationally for firms in Germany and Sweden. She has a Master’s in European Policy and International Business from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor’s in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College in Los Angeles.
