Prior to joining Echelon in May of 2022, Gerad spent over 20 years in CPG at Anheuser-Busch InBev, leading and coaching teams within sales, marketing, analytic and operational functions. During this tenure, Gerad lived and worked in New York City, Minneapolis and Denver, CO and brings a strong background in operational excellence. Gerad lives in Colorado with his wife and three children, and is a baseball fanatic. Gerad holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from the Colorado State University System.
