As Senior Vice President of Client Operations at Black Bear, Jen leads the client operations team in delivering valuable energy projects to the leading commercial real estate owners in the country. Jen and her team work closely with landlords to put priority sites out to competitive procurement and lead the developer selection, while simultaneously facilitating all relavant parties in delivering a successful project. Through this work, the client team oversees 1 GW of solar RFPs per year.

Previously, Jen worked with the Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Lab, researching market prospects of cutting-edge renewable energy technology, alternative value streams of renewable energy production, and equitable policy outcomes surrounding an energy transition. In addition, Jen formerly worked on the Philadelphia Energy Authority's Solarize Philly campaign to facilitate the construction of residential rooftop solar systems across the city. Jen earned a Masters in Environmental Policy and Energy Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in International Affairs and Environmental Studies from the George Washington University. Jen is based in New York and enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling the world.
