Profile
Some careers begin in offices—mine started in the backcountry of Canada, planting nearly a million trees. That early experience shaped my commitment to regeneration, resilience, and intentional stewardship, principles that have guided my career at the intersection of impact investing, sustainability, and capital markets.
For over two decades, I have led organizations that merge financial performance with environmental and social value, holding leadership roles across for-profit, nonprofit, and government sectors. I have built high-impact investment programs from the ground up, managing teams that deployed significant capital across multiple markets to drive measurable outcomes. Working with institutional investors, family offices, and mission-driven capital, I have structured and scaled investment strategies that prove financial returns and positive impact go hand in hand.
As an early leader in impact-driven investment, my work has supported Net Zero carbon real estate projects, inclusive community development, affordable and workforce housing, landscape-scale nature investments, and innovative financing structures that align capital with long-term sustainability. At the core of my leadership approach is a deep commitment to building high-performing, mission-aligned teams that focus on creating scalable outcomes. I have successfully led organizations through transformation, fostering cultures of innovation, inclusion, and results-oriented execution.
Beyond investment execution, I am a frequent speaker, thought leader, and advisor on climate risk, sustainable investing, and capital allocation strategies for a rapidly evolving market. I am also the author of Investment Opportunities in Decarbonizing Real Estate (2024), where I explore the intersection of sustainability, finance, and innovation in the built environment.
Whether through investment, leadership, or collaboration, my focus remains the same: to create thriving places that generate lasting value—financially, environmentally, and socially—for generations to come.
