An Enterprise Sustainability Director in the Americas, Tori is responsible for supporting Prologis' key customer relationships and driving solutions in Energy, Mobility, and Sustainability (EMS). Tori holds deep expertise in sustainability strategy and a strong track record of driving sustainable outcomes across the real estate industry. Previously, Tori led CBRE Property Management’s Sustainability Services for the US West and worked directly with clients to deliver impactful decarbonization, data, and compliance initiatives. Prior to CBRE, she spent six years at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), where she guided global clients—including some of the first WELL Portfolios in the world—on health, wellness, and sustainability-aligned building strategies. Tori earned recognition as CoreNet Australia's 2022 Young Leader of the Year, as well as the Global CoreNet Young Leader of the Year distinction. She holds industry accreditations including WELL Faculty, LEED Green Associate, and Carbon Auditing Professional from the AEE. Her academic foundation includes a BA in Environmental Studies from Yale University, where she captained the varsity volleyball team and was a sustainability ambassador.
