Boris Kuritnik is the Managing Partner of Kumo Capital, where he focuses on building long-term value through disciplined acquisitions and development. Over the past 15 years, he has grown Kumo from a family office into an institutional-style syndication and fund platform, leading more than $1 billion in transactions across emerging markets, ground-up development, and value-add repositioning.
Today, he is focused on assembling portfolios of small-bay industrial and retail properties across the Northeast, Midwest, Southeast, and Sun Belt—creating value through active asset management, disciplined rent growth, and reliable dividend distributions.
Boris holds a Finance degree from UMass Boston, pursued advanced studies in Real Estate Finance and Development at MIT, and completed the Owners Presidents Management Program at Harvard Business School.
