*Please complete the attached Exhibitor Request Form and return it to Venus Wong, venus.wong@montage.com.
*The hotel charges for receiving boxes: $5 per box.
*If you are hand carrying your boxes, the Montage charges $5 per box that require delivery by bellman from the Front Drive to the meeting space.
*All box handling charges need to be processed online via Sertifi links, in advance of arrival onsite. If credit card information is not provided in advance, boxes will not be delivered until electronic payment is submitted onsite. No exceptions will be made.
*If you bring your own shipping labels, there is no fee for outgoing boxes.
*Packages cannot arrive more than 1 week prior to the event.
*Exhibitors need to schedule pickups with their preferred carriers at the conclusion of the event – pickup for all carriers will not be automatic.
Set-up and Tear-down Times
Exhibit Setup: Tuesday, January 20th from 5:00pm-6:30pm
Exhibit Teardown: Friday, January 23rd after the Networking Break concludes (currently TBD)

Pass Registration
To register your firm and/or client passes, please use the links and action codes provided to you via email from maggie.donlon@informa.com. If you cannot find this email or your action codes, please email Maggie to have this shared with you.
FIRM PASSES are for members of your company. If you exceed the allotted number of passes, additional passes can be purchased at a reduced rate of 25% off the standard registration. Please contact your IMN sponsorship coordinator for assistance with additional passes. Any passes submitted incorrectly will be declined and asked to resubmit through the portal.
CLIENT PASSES are limited to real estate funds and LPs. All client passes are subject to approval by the IMN team. Please note that the pass is ‘Pending Approval’ until the pass has been approved by the IMN team. No Client Passes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event date. Any qualified client passes submitted after that date will be charged 20% off the standard registration rate. Those individuals with an existing registration are not eligible for client passes.
