Ashlei McAleer is a seasoned executive with over 20+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in the development and execution of full-service operational platforms across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer lending channels. As Chief of Staff, she plays a pivotal role in translating executive strategy into operational excellence, driving initiatives that span risk management, compliance integration, technology infrastructure, and loan servicing.

Ashlei’s leadership is marked by her ability to build and scale operational frameworks that support quality control, regulatory compliance, and investor readiness. Her expertise includes all areas of back-end operations fulfillment, execution of whole loan trading and securitization frameworks, risk management, warehouse line operations, and strategic project management. She has also served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing enterprise-wide productivity, security, and performance management.

Ashlei holds a B.S. degree in Management from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
