Kim Weaver is Director of Product Strategy at Paradatec, an award-winning AI-based document analysis platform. For over 25 years, Kim has worked to make lending more effective and efficient for all parties in the lending lifecycle. Starting first in the appraisal business, Kim next held multiple operational roles at several lenders, learning the entire loan lifecycle. Kim then moved into serving lenders, servicers, investors, insurers, and service providers – in product strategy, product management and client delivery roles for various lending-related technology systems focused on digital transformation at Freddie Mac, BCE Emergis (Bell), Fiserv, Pyramid Systems and now Paradatec.
