Christopher O’Leary is a partner in Dentons’ Capital Markets practice, concentrating his practice on residential mortgage finance transactions. Chris represents investment banks and other secondary market lenders in connection with repurchase agreements and other bilateral and syndicated credit facilities secured by residential mortgage loans, single-family rental properties, REO Property, mortgage servicing rights and other asset classes. Chris has experience representing borrowers, including portfolio companies and hedge funds, in financing facilities backed by residential mortgage related collateral, including non-performing and re-performing loans, GNMA early buyout loans (EBO) and mortgage servicing rights. Chris has also represented capital markets participants in connection with the purchase, sale and servicing of all types of mortgage assets.
