Diane Moormann is the Senior Vice President of Master Servicing at Newrez and has over 30 years of experience spanning mortgage servicing, master servicing, and middle operations. In 2023, she created the company’s Master Servicing division – the first new provider in the industry since the early 2000s. Under her leadership, the team has rapidly expanded in personnel, client base, and securitization platforms where Newrez is named master servicer. Diane’s knowledge of whole loans, diligence, securitization contracts and cash flows from start to finish, gives her a broad understanding of the RMBS market.

Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver and an associate’s degree in Marketing from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
