John Sullivan serves as Managing Director of Milliman’s MSR Advisory Services division where he oversees a team and provides strategic direction on how to best serve the evolving needs of a national client base.

With over 30 years of mortgage industry experience, Mr. Sullivan is widely regarded as a leading expert in the MSR analytics field and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Prior to joining Milliman, he was a founding member of MorVest Capital which spent 13 years providing MSR advisory services along with serving in CFO capacity for investment fund and warehouse lender.
