Josh Fieldgrove is Vice President of Servicing Oversight at Clayton, a Covius Solution, bringing more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience in compliance, quality control, credit risk analysis and residential mortgage-backed securities oversight.

Josh’s group at Clayton evaluates mortgage servicing practices, identifying potential compliance gaps and assessing servicer adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, agency guidelines and investor policies. This includes loan-level reviews of performing loans as well as of delinquencies, foreclosures, bankruptcies, as well as servicing requirements associated with the CFPB, OCC, HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Josh was a leader in establishing Clayton’s residential and commercial flood insurance testing procedures and in developing the teams executing the reviews.

As a leader of the practice, Josh translates servicing requirements into review procedures, findings validation and reporting, combining detailed loan-level analysis with a broader understanding of servicer performance and portfolio risk.
