Profile

Madeline is the Founder and Principal of RadialPoint Mortgage Advisors ("RadialPoint"), a mortgage advisory firm that helps industry participants strengthen risk management, build resiliency, and plan strategically. RadialPoint advises seller/servicers, mortgage insurers, and agency stakeholders on merger and acquisition analysis and due diligence, as well as product, policy, and procedure reviews. It also provides training and mentoring for mortgage professionals.

Madeline has more than 35 years of experience across the full mortgage life cycle, from originations through secondary and capital markets to servicing. That includes nearly a decade at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Most recently, as Risk Policy Director in Freddie Mac's Enterprise Risk Management Division, she oversaw the company's top 10 servicers. Her work covered counterparty credit and financial risk, including monitoring servicer eligibility requirements and changes in mortgage servicing rights (MSR) valuations. She also led assessments of mergers, acquisitions, and servicing transfers; evaluations and approvals of MSR financing; servicer performance management, including loss mitigation and servicer scorecards; and compliance with FHFA regulatory obligations

At Fannie Mae, she worked on new products and programs, including HARP, HAMP, and several pilot programs. As an Executive Financial Consultant at Milliman, she evaluated servicer MSR valuation models and served as a subject matter expert on Ginnie Mae's MSR model validations. She advised the GSEs, Ginnie Mae, FHA, lenders, mortgage insurers, and housing finance agencies on capital markets strategy, credit performance, and risk management. Earlier in her career, she held senior capital markets and agency relations roles at United Guaranty Corporation and Triad Guaranty Insurance Corporation, and she started a de novo secondary marketing department at a mortgage company.

Madeline is a recognized industry thought leader. She is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB). She was inducted into the MBA/MW Hall of Fame in 2025 and chaired the MBA CMB Society in 2019–2020. She serves on the faculty of the MBA School of Mortgage Banking and was President of MBA/Metropolitan D.C. She holds an MBA in International Finance and a BBA in Marketing from The George Washington University.
