Roger Ashworth is Head of Research and Data at Saluda Grade. Mr. Ashworth joined Saluda Grade in June 2024 and is tasked with overseeing all research, data, and analytics within the firm’s asset-management division. He was most recently the Head of Securitized-Product Research at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Ashworth spent 10 years at Citigroup as Head of Research for securitization of non-agency mortgages and consumer assets in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to Citigroup, he worked at Amherst Securities and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Ashworth earned a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He served as a Submarine Officer on USS Memphis and was the Sonar Instructor at the Naval Submarine School. Mr. Ashworth earned his MBA from Georgetown University.
