Tom Piercy is the Director of MSR Advisory at Mortgage Capital Trading®. A widely respected leader in mortgage servicing rights (MSR). Tom has nearly forty years of capital markets experience, the majority of it in the valuation, trading and hedging of MSRs, and most recently, President of Rocktop Capital Advisors. Throughout his career he has been a consistent, trusted voice for buyers and sellers of mortgage servicing rights. Tom came to MCT to help expand MCT’s MSR valuation and data capabilities, building a deeper repository of performance and trend analysis that serves owners of servicing, not only buyers, so clients can sharpen execution and better manage the asset over time.
