Profile

A founding partner at Evolution Investment Management and affiliates, Jim was previously a Managing Director of JMP Asset Management, and a Portfolio Manager of JMP Realty Partners. Jim originally joined JMP Securities in 2000 as Director of Research and Senior Real Estate and Housing Analyst. He held those positions for 11 years. He also headed the residential Real Estate investment banking effort for JMP Securities from 2012-2015. Prior to his time at JMP, Jim was a real estate and housing research analyst at Montgomery Securities and Jefferies.
