Sarah Witt serves as the Director of Business Development at RangeWater Real Estate, where she leads the firm’s third-party management growth strategy across the Mountain West and supports clients through every stage of their investment lifecycle. With over 15 years of multifamily experience, Sarah combines deep operational expertise with data-driven insight to help investors make smarter, more strategic decisions about their assets.

Since joining RangeWater in 2013, Sarah has held multiple leadership roles spanning operations, IT, training, and regional management; giving her a comprehensive understanding of what drives community success and asset performance. Known for her straightforward approach and analytical mindset, she bridges the gap between investment strategy and execution, ensuring her clients have the clarity and confidence to move forward.

Throughout her career, Sarah has been an active member of the National Apartment Association and several regional associations. She has also served on the Board of the South East Florida Apartment Association.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Sarah resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, Reuben, and their two pets, Remy and Norris.
