Jeffrey Sherman is a Principal and Co-Founder of FSO Capital Partners. Prior to starting FSO, Mr. Sherman was an Executive Vice President of Multifamily at Colliers International from 2007 to 2017, where he headed up the firm’s #1 multifamily team nationally.

Jeffrey brokered over 250 multifamily transactions throughout the Southwest well in excess of $1B in valuation. Jeffrey is also the principal and founder of Camelback Real Estate Finance, a bridge and hard money lending firm focused on funding commercial real estate projects in Arizona. As a third-generation Arizona native, Jeffrey’s local knowledge and contacts are deep and invaluable in generating superior returns for investors.

While at Colliers, Mr. Sherman was responsible for management of the team’s strategic direction and grew the group from three in 2007 to ten by 2017, with coverage and significant market share in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and West Texas. Jeffrey handled business development, new broker training, underwriting, negotiations, due diligence management, and closings.

His clients included some of the largest multifamily owners both locally and nationally, including Principal Global Investors, Western Wealth Capital, Calcap, 3rd Ave Investments, Mentor Properties, Renue Properties, Freddie Mac, LNR, and Fannie Mae.

Personally, Jeffrey has successfully invested in multifamily, single-family, and commercial property on both the debt and equity fronts. He maintains an active Real Estate license in Arizona.

Jeffrey graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and is a graduate of Barrett, The Honors College at ASU. He was a member of ASU’s Water Polo Team and was a top swimmer for Brophy College Preparatory, ranked #1 in the nation his senior year. He currently resides in Phoenix with his wife and two kids.
