The development will be led by Jim Bulsiewicz, Vice President, Arizona Multifamily. Mr. Bulsiewicz has been active in real estate development, corporate real estate, and construction for more than a decade, and has sold two multifamily communities at Evergreen in the Phoenix Metro (582 total units and $163 million). Prior to joining Evergreen, he was a Director at Hines and played an integral role in the development of more than $350 million worth of real estate in Arizona.
