Jim Bulsiewicz is a Vice President at Evergreen, where he leads the firm’s Arizona multifamily business. With more than a decade of experience in real estate development, corporate real estate, and construction, Mr. Bulsiewicz has established a strong track record in the Phoenix metro market. At Evergreen, he has successfully sold two multifamily communities totaling 582 units and $163 million in consideration. Before joining Evergreen, Mr. Bulsiewicz served as a Director at Hines, where he played an integral role in delivering over $350 million in real estate projects across Arizona.
