Joined Wentworth Property Company in 2024 as Managing Director to lead their multifamily efforts. He brings nearly 20 years of experience leading acquisitions at mid- and large-scale investment firms along with other roles in construction management, operations and mortgage banking. Prior to Wentworth Property Company, Phil spent seven years with Knightvest Capital out of Dallas where he opened the Phoenix office and prior to that he developed an acquisition platform for Phoenix based owner/operator P.B. Bell. Throughout his career, he has overseen the acquisition of nearly 12,000 units, representing a transaction volume of nearly $1.8 billion.
