Samantha DelDebbio is the Founder, President, and Designated Broker of Quartr Living, a boutique property management firm she launched in November 2023. In just two years, the company’s portfolio has grown to 57 properties and 1,310 units, with expansion into Florida underway.

With more than two decades of multifamily experience, Samantha began her career in Kansas City and spent 10 years in the Mid-Atlantic before relocating to Phoenix in 2019. She has held key leadership roles with Greystar, Alliance Residential, and Avenue5, leading teams, driving operational performance, and executing successful lease-ups, value-add initiatives, and property repositioning strategies across owner-managed and institutional assets.

Samantha is known for her strategic approach, operational excellence, and ability to build meaningful owner partnerships while delivering consistent results in competitive markets.

She holds a Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation, an Arizona Broker’s License, and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from Marylhurst University.
