Rise48 Equity has completed over $2.5 Billion in total transactions and purchased 62 assets, 11,000+ units since 2019. They currently have $2Billion+ of Assets Under Management in Arizona, Texas and North Carolina. They have completed 11 Full-Cycle Dispositions and returned capital to investors. Rise48 Communities is the vertically-integrated property management company that manages all assets owned by Rise48 Equity.

Zach’s main responsibilities as CEO include overseeing all acquisitions, sourcing capital, and building strategic partnerships. He and his wife Grace own homes in both Phoenix and Dallas where they split their time between offices.
