Annalisa Lavoie is the Regional Vice President of Operations over CO, UT, and AZ. She specializes in class “A” properties and has been involved with 60+ lease-ups; in addition to consulting on numerous pre-development projects. She has successfully managed for large institutional clients and private clients alike in her over 10 years based out of the Denver market. She brings a passion for people and her wealth of experience to the Kairoi team having formerly been at Greystar, Equity Residential and Thrivent Financial. She has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and loves traveling with her adventurous son.
