Currently overseeing LP investments in Western US for Tokyu Land US Corporation, the US subsidiary of one of Japan’s largest real estate groups, with a $24 billion estimated value and a $13.8 billion REIT/fund management platform. Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing joint venture preferred equity and common equity opportunities with local developers and partners, as well as managing existing assets and portfolio investments. Previously, held director roles in the international divisions of PIK Group, Russia’s largest publicly traded residential developer, and CFLD International, China’s leading township developer. Contributed to the expansion and diversification of their global presence and performance, by securing and managing strategic projects in Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
