Curtis is a Managing Principal at Convolo Capital. He is an experienced operations leader with many years of real estate experience as an investor and sponsor. Curtis’ role on the Convolo team is Asset Management. In this role, Curtis manages the business plan for properties from takeover through stabilization and eventual disposition. He tracks progress on operations and financial performance, and also maintains vendor / partner relationships. Curtis has experience in corporate finance, evaluating investments, and real estate bulk data. He is a West Point graduate and served as a Blackhawk pilot in the US Army. He received his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management with concentrations in real estate and finance. Curtis lives in southern California with his wife and two daughters.
