Gina Wieczorek is a Managing Director at CREDE, a full-service real estate development and project management firm, where she oversees multifamily projects for the private sector and affordable housing programs within the public sector. She previously founded Casitas Development Services, leading multifamily projects through all phases of design, permitting, and development with a focus on thoughtful, architecturally significant design. Earlier in her career, Gina served as Development Director at Urbaneer Investment Partners, bringing to the team over 15 years of experience in development and construction management on commercial, retail, and multifamily projects nationwide, including mid-rise and high-rise developments in Los Angeles and New York.
