With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Development, I am a seasoned leader with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for diverse and complex operations, projects and programs. As the Senior Vice President at Cumming Group, I lead a 96-person organization that supports large development projects and programs across all vertical construction product types in the Southwest Region.

My core competencies include developing and leading teams, developing systems and process improvements, business development, business analytics, project planning, coordination, and execution, construction budgeting and cost control, team building and collaboration, and client relationship management.

My focus is on adding value to every organization I work with and when I work on projects every step of a project's life cycle from preconstruction services to occupancy, by building cohesive teams and fostering collaboration early in the process. I am passionate about developing and mentoring teams, solving problems, delivering solutions, and driving results for my clients and my company.

My goal in all interactions is to first understand the need and give my honest assessment to advise on best course of action. Only through trust, complete transparency, and a shared goal can we achieve the absolute best results.
