As the Director of Operations on the Legends Outlets Kansas City team, Matt oversees all aspects of construction and tenant improvement projects, overseeing both expense and capital replacement and repair processes. His responsibilities encompass HVAC, roofing, paving, landscaping, snow removal, vertical transportation, life safety systems, and consulting services.

Matt also support the teams' budgeting and internal change process to include creating detailed building and site work material and cost estimates that aligns with budget and project timelines. He studied at Washburn University and Kansas City Kansas Community College, with a focus on business and finance.
