Natalina Rettew is a seasoned institutional asset management executive with over a decade of experience in multifamily real estate, specializing in the West Coast and sunbelt markets. As Head of West Asset Management at Trion Properties since February 2025, she leads the company’s strategic initiatives in managing and growing its portfolio, focusing on maximizing asset value through operational excellence and long-term capital planning.

Prior to joining Trion Properties, Natalina served as Senior Director of Asset Management at LivCor, a Blackstone Company, where she managed a $5B multifamily and retail portfolio across California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. Natalina began her career in hotel asset management at MIG Real Estate in Newport Beach, CA before jumping into the apartment world with ColRich Multifamily in San Diego.

Natalina holds a Graduate Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in International Management from Carnegie Mellon University. She lives in San Diego with her husband, daughter, and two French bulldogs.
