Spencer Hogan joined Veritas Investments in 2019 and serves as Senior Vice President and a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. He leads Veritas’s Southern California portfolio and is actively involved in strategy, capital markets, and AI-driven operational initiatives for Veritas’s 6,300-unit West Coast multifamily platform. Previously, Spencer held roles at Opportunity Assets Group, an Opportunity Zone Fund, and RealtyShares, a venture-backed PropTech crowdfunding platform. He earned his B.S. in Finance from San Francisco State University.
