Thad Meyer has experience in numerous real estate development and financing projects where he has managed the operational, financial, and reporting requirements. This includes the acquisition, financing, and development of over $1.5B of real estate product over his career.
He recently served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Reven Housing REIT, Inc., which was a publicly traded real estate investment company (RVEN-Nasdaq) focusing on the acquisition, accumulation, and operation of single-family rental homes. Previous experience includes serving as a Principal and CFO of Southern California Investors, Inc., a firm specializing in the acquisition, improvement, and sale of distressed single-family homes. He served as CFO of Equastone, a real estate investment company specializing in value-add office properties across the US where they raised over $300M in equity in three separate funds totaling approximately $1B of value-add office buildings across the US. Thad is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Turnaround Professional, and a California Real Estate Broker.
